we refer to coaching as ‘deep work’ because it calls forth fresh reflection, new perspectives and creates sustainable change. this work has the potential to increase self awareness, change behaviours and make a difference to how they are showing up in the world.

when we couple-up training programmes with 1:1 coaching, we see the most impact as people are learning new skills and then deeply reflecting on how it applies to them and how they will put it into action.

  • line manager friction

  • strategic thinking and unlocking time

the best candidates for 1:1 coaching are people who are keen to navigate a time of change or uncertainty. they might be newly promoted or have broadened their remit in some way. they might be a future star who needs thinking space to plan their growth and development. they might be someone who has great talent but is struggling in a specific area. in short, anyone who is open to developing themselves, their impact and their sense of fulfilment is a good candidate for coaching

our coaching services are most commonly provided in two different forms:

  1. a series of six sessions 1:1
  2. triad coaching - seven sessions, two of which are triads with the coachee and their line manager, the remaining sessions are 1:1

sessions are generally 90 minutes long and are booked by the coach and coachee at approximately 2-3 week intervals.

bespoke group coaching solutions are also available and can be transformative in tackling unhealthy team dynamics, or in facilitating highly collaborative ways of working.

frequently asked questions

coaching is a precious thinking space for people to access their most focused, creative and resourceful selves.

it’s not advice or mentoring – it’s about creating a safe and trusting environment and asking powerful questions so people can arrive at their own clarity and unlock fresh ideas.

at welfy, we call it ‘deep work’ because it is unusually productive. it invites powerful shifts in awareness, behaviour and leadership impact.

coaching gives people the time and space to pause and look inward – something that rarely happens in the day-to-day.

for individuals, it builds confidence, resilience and impact. for teams, it clears the air, strengthens trust and helps define creative new ways of working.

coaching will benefit anyone leading others or navigating change.

we coach new managers finding their feet, senior leaders facing unprecedented pressure, and teams looking to work better together.

coaching isn’t reserved for those who are struggling—it’s for anyone who wants to grow or increase their self awareness.

each session lasts around 90 minutes and is completely tailored to the individual or group.

it’s a confidential space where they can explore challenges, test ideas and be gently stretched and challenged by a trained coach.

in-person or virtual options are available, depending on what works best for the client.

not at all. coaching is just as valuable when things are going well.

it’s about helping people get from good to great – sharpening their leadership, deepening their influence, and building more conscious habits that ripple into how they lead, live and work.
