Givaudan lead wellcase study
Givaudan is the global leading manufacturer of flavours, fragrances and active cosmetic ingredients, employing over 16000 people across the globe. they believe in celebrating the beauty of human experience and connection to nature.
Givaudan had just launched its new global purpose, imagine, created to encapsulate their vision, values and commitments to customers, employees and the environment. a key part of that strategy is to enhance the wellbeing of its people. but in such a large, multi market business, where best to start?
we partnered with the people team to design a programme that would help to create a healthy culture and enhance the resilience of its people. our work spanned across:
- lead well: a four part training programme designed to reach the top 200 with the core ingredients of human leadership, covering our key topics: role modelling, psychological safety, vulnerability & authenticity and brave exchanges
- healthy habits: a number of virtual interactive webinars open to all 16000 employees
- digital drops: a series of infographics and playbooks for employees to proactively enhance their own wellbeing and the tools for managers to hold internal training sessions with their teams
- 200 top leaders exposed to our lead well programme
- thousands of employees reached with our digital content
“welfy have brought new insights and behaviours to our teams, beginning the process of thinking about wellbeing in a different way, especially in reinforcing our learning with clear, effective and actionable steps to start the process of change within our organisation. Working with Welfy has been a pleasure, as they are responsive and adaptable. Their delivery of workshops has been very well received by our global audience, and their content was innovative, clear and engaging."
